Last weekend I got the opportunity to both cover and participate in the Fluidride Race Camp. As many of you know, my love for riding is a two-headed beast. One head is for sure Bones Over Metal and the bike media I work on. The other head is my own riding and racing. Fluidride: Like A Pro was produced by Mark Brent and the crew @ Bones Over Metal.com for Simon Lawton of Fluidride. Simon Lawton is a veteran downhill Pro and instructor of 15 Years. He is joined in this effort by Lars Sternberg, also a Fluidride Pro rider.
Fluidride: Like a Pro focuses on the body movement of successful cyclists, and breaks down complex movements into an easily understandable format.
