The DNR Seams like they are willing to work with us, but who knows. Under these new rules if you are caught clearing brush of and existing trail without permesion you could be prosecuted in court. This is one of my concerns I will address in my email to them before they make these new rules offical. Thanks for spreading the word, hopefully people who read this will take positive action to keep options open for us to legally build freeride trails in the future.
