For sure, having others around to feed off of and share the stoke is definitely key towards those riders progressing - at least at a substantial rate, IMHO. We're at a level that neither of us could ever have dreamed about several years back...and still no signs of it slowing down. Neither of us would be at the point we are at now if it wasn't for Scotty. He is the one that planted the seeds several-to-many years (around 10yrs to be exact - holy sh*t!!!) ago by taking us to some incredible trails (Ranger Creek, Suntop, Palisades to name a few) and getting us totally hooked on the dirt. More often than not, we tend to show up at a trail - sometimes early - and stay long enough to close the place down for that particular day. What you see as "dedication" is what we refer to as "addiction". Us three have been the core of quite an amazing group of riders over the years.
