It's a tool that anybody can use at their own convenience/privacy as often as they wish. Simon and Lars do a very good job at getting their points across without overloading the viewer. The only disappointment for me was that there was no blooper segment. I'm sure there had to be a few good ones worth sharing. Oh well, nice crashes all the same! You are definitely not the same Mark Brent of last year - at least as far as riding style/technique is concerned.
